Claypot Kitchen was founded in 2021 by a professional hotelier couple, Chef Anjali and Sanjay Kumar, who bring together over 36 years of combined experience in operating fine-dining restaurants and luxury hotels since 2004.

After achieving remarkable success in the hospitality industry, they envisioned a restaurant that would offer an authentic, high-end world cuisine experience in the heart of Delhi NCR. This vision led to the creation of Claypot Kitchen—a dining destination where global flavors, quality ingredients, and exceptional hospitality come together.
